    Hrmm I did not know this. Though it does seem odd because 2 of my jumps do actually place me inside the barofield. I have to run back out for spineshatter and dragonfire dive. Maybe they do not place me far enough into the field? Not sure, because it looks like I am 2 steps into it

    They don't place you in the Barofield and you don't have to run out.

    Don't pay the visuals any mind; they're just graphics. The only hitbox that matters when it comes to players getting hit by AoEs is a dot right underneath your character, at your circle's center (there may be exceptions, but I'm not aware of any). Some animations will even make your guy walk both feet into an AoE but it doesn't change where that dot is; for example this was my group's first win and you can watch me jauntily thrusting my way into the Barofield the entire time it's up without getting hit.

    T10 is different... that AoE is bigger than the boss! I wish we didn't tank the cat on that puddle, as it's completely unnecessary :I
