Because often than most, if you are a girl in real life, creep will stick on you like glue.

Some girls actually enjoy the attention and profit from having clueless guys being their pets they can summon at will, just because they got a V lol

I even know some guys pretending to be girls (not the usual guyz who'd say "if I gotta look at my character's butt all day, better it be a girl's butt dontcha think?") just to enjoy the attention as well lol.

But yeah most of the time that'd be forever alone teenage boyz hoping for real life love with some random chick, even if they never saw them or know them at all

Why does this matter? Same sex, opposite sex, or intersex doesn't matter, she's being cyber stalked/bullied. If it was a girl doing it, it still wouldn't matter. It's because of people thinking there is a difference that we have such a stupidly uncaring society towards males who are bullied/stalked as opposed to females. So yeah, it doesn't matter, anyone in this situation needs to report this to moderators, facebook, and eventually the police.

I am willing to give him ONE last chance to leave me alone! If he doesn't stop I will go to the police. I hate going to the police for anything but I don't want to cry anymore! I just want to play my favorite game with my friends. I do so much for my community too. I've been trying to help people and teach them t9. In my opinion, you shouldn't give him more chances and get serious. People like him think it's very cool and entertaining to harass people online because they feel safe behind their screens and they will not stop until it becomes a real life problem for them.

I work for the police sweetie... what you're describing is cyber stalking and harassment. Even if neither of you are 18, it's still cyber stalking and harassment. If he is 18 or up, he should know better, if he isn't, then his parents of guardians should be more responsible. If you've already exhausted the resources at your disposal (i.e. FFXIV devs, Facebook admins, etc.) report it, immediately, don't let yourself be walked on or become another statistic. Male or female, anyone should do the same.

Thing is we have (we as in a bunch of my friends in game) and they haven't done anything. I am pretty sure he is over 18. I myself am 26. ( Dun really care about throwing my age out there). I blocked him on facebook so unless I unblock him I can't view the posts. It's been basically to the point where we are talking about kicking him out of our server FB group and LS in the game.

Seems like some of players took my message a bit too serious. Of course being a guy and a girl does not affect,in any way,by any means, the seriousness and wrongly of stalking. However,to accurately judge the damage the matter is causing to one individual,won't you need to understand what,why causing such act, even if it means just for the laugh.

A guy stalking a girl in a MMoRPG is a common thing,note: in no way I am supporting such behaviour. And of course,sadly any girl player should has the mental ready or expect it is coming when the creep find out you are a girl irl. I am not saying it is the girl fault but better be prepared than get caught unexpectedly. Ifyou have a guy stalking a guy, that is kinda unusual but that is just another matter.
