1. If you only care about one weapon and have kept up with every relic patch, it's really not that bad. Starting from the beginning now though it probably looks like a rough task.

I'm stuck on GC company Leves on my WHM mind +2 Animus book, because I can't get "Imp Mobile" Leve and I have met all the requirements but its not available in Camp Dragonhead as the book displays... after I clear that book I wanted to work on getting my MNK, WAR & PLD weapons to the end, which I have a lot of grinding to do, but I don't want to give up and throw away the progress of my WHM book to do so :/

I have done everything so far and waiting for 2.51 for the next part. I have to say the worst part for me was the atma (pre-nerf) and the more sane one was the zodiac, even though it included RNG it wasn't as low as Atma was. So i would be number 1, Done it all until the very end (so far)!

I stopped at atma after spending 14hrs in a single zone without getting the atma there. After the atma nerf I stopped at the books because the effort is not worth the reward. There is no way I'm going to sit in zones for hours waiting for more fates I've already done numerous times to pop and there is no way I'm going to sit in queue for 30+ minutes on ninja or bard waiting for low level dungeons I've done hundreds of times already.

Personally the whole zodiac weapon thing kind of disgusts me, back in the day when the game was fresh the relic quest was awesome in my opinion. It was challenging and didn't consume retarded amounts of time doing literally nothing. The upgrades are the exact opposite of that and force you to sit around waiting for things constantly. I'm not an advocate of instant gratification by any means and I feel like the weapons should require effort but sitting around doing nothing while I wait for things to pop is not my idea of fun and I'll never participate in that kind of sub baiting baloney.

All I can say is that I can't wait for the expansion so I have more to do than shiva ex and coil.

3) stopped after 3 books. Have to say this was all before the nerf and you still needed myth tomes. Other than that, my last atma took me 2 weeks of my break and I was already done with the whole.

I just wanted to see it through, but I wanted to sitll keep my social life and now I'm just lacking the time, cause I'm in my final year of college and soon I'll be job hunting. I won't ever have a zodiac for this reason, which.... sucks.

The GC Leves are in Whitebrim Front(11, 16) from the Serpent Sergent there. It is a Maelstrom leve so you need to select that tab also. If it is not on the list take all the available maelstrom leves and then complete one of them and then return to the NPC. Do not turn in your completed leve. Collect any new maelstrom leves and if you have yet to receive Imp Mobile complete another and it should be on the list then.

Working on my 2nd zodiac. I had pld nexus then when ninja was released grinded for the nexus and made me some Sasukes Daggers. Overall the lights seem to take the longest.

I've done it all on MNK, pure det/crit Zodiac <3
And I have the Zenith on WHM (purely to farm Atma gems)
I nearly have everything ready to go from base to Zodiac on Astrologian too....(Ofc I don't have the light or the zodiac books...) but I do have all the other stuff >.<

I finished my light grind tonight I'm not sure if i'm going to push to Zodiac, another 40k of seals to grind. Low Dungeon drop rates. 6400 solidery to grind. It just seems so daunting.
