Would be nice to have, with current potion cd timers you would still need skills like invigorate, goad and paeon, just not as often. Would also be great for war/pld who don't have access to any tp restoration skills.

Half the skills that regenerate TP. + one of them is a bards most useful.
And if pld/war use DF and don't get brd or nin for dps? If it's two mnks or mnk/drg then most likely won't be an issue since really hard to speed run with that setup, but if you get two blm? War is really going to be hurting for tp at the rate they can burn down large pulls.

with an optimal party, tp shouldn't be an issue. However there can be any number of circumstances that cause DoW to run out of tp, from dps being under geared and making a pull take too long, to healer rezzing a tank or dow dps that needs to get back into fight asap (aoe phase, pickup adds, etc).

You shouldn't be dying in the first place if youre doing your defensive cooldowns when needed, not to mention Holmgang and Hallowed Ground, then to top that off all the other defensive skills readily available to you, especially a WAR who can get Inner Beast every 5 stacks.
as for your "Oh S---" Moments, you shouldn't be having them. if thats the case you want to re-work your party structures or players. as for DF, you go in their knowing you may not have a supportive character role par the healer. in a 4 man, TP isnt an issue, even in an 8 man it isn't especially since theres two tanks which if such a huge issue, you can switch.

If you pull small and have single-target DPS you mean. Two BLM, a whm and a good aoe dungeon? Pull all the things and spam overpower til berserk is over.
I'm low on tp between certain pulls in Halitali, Brayflox, Qarn, Snowcloak, Sashtasha, and Lost City all the time with aoe DPS. But the runs go by so fast, so I'm OK with it.
