[Suggestion] Housing Deed For Players to Sell Plots

I don't want this at all.

You think the housing situation on certain servers is bad now? Wait until rich players jump on that plot you wanted and then tell you it'll cost you 3x that amount for them to relinquish it. (Technically they can do this now but this basically straight up gives them the tools to do exactly that)

Devs please do NOT let this happen.

There should be a way to transfer ownership of a Personal House, but tie it to an ingame system, with a lengthy cooldown period where you can't sell another for a very long time.

Not just rich PLAYERS. RMT's will do this, as well. Introduce this system and you can say goodbye to any available housing now and in the future.

RMT will never be able to buy housing. How many RMT do you know that are max rank in Grand Companies and have finished the Main Storyline? Unless they purchase an already established FC with a house; which they don't spend their earned gil, then I doubt RMT will ever enter the housing market. In essence; RMT Make money, they don't spend it. Especially not large amounts of it.

It doesn't take full main story line to buy a house, I'm pretty sure you can buy one without progressing very far past story Ifrit at level ~20.

They still need to be ranked Second Lieutenant in Grand Companies to even purchase a house; which how many level 50 Black Mage RMT do you see in a Grand Company? It's not worth it to them. 90% of the RMT you see in game aren't in a FC much less own one. And as I stated before; RMT won't waste millions of gil on housing when their purpose is to sell gil, not spend it.

*facepalm* How do you think RMT will buy these houses? They'd have to spend their gil to purchase the land; which to them is "Why waste gil?" RMT won't spend millions of gil on a house when they can make and sell that gil faster than anyone knows to people who will use the gil to buy a house?

Why would RMT not buy houses with gil to sell for cash. It follows the underpants gnomes guide to making money:
1 - collect stuff in game
2 - ???
3 - profits

It's not very difficult to proceed through level 20 in the MSQ, and top rank in GC takes 2 hunting logs, a ~30 dungeon, Dzemal, AK, and WP. Not all that much effort to have a new means of income.

I want to try to revive this topic because I've been trying to sell my medium plot with no luck; even lowering the price to 5 mil when that's literally 5 times less the amount I bought it at.

I'd like a dev response if there is any future plans to allow players to sell their obtained housing plots or if there is any way that we can sell the plot back to the game and receive some sort of compensation.
