When I'm healing I really notice who's doing a good job - mostly because I'm having to heal their asses if they're not! I also generally can get a good idea of it when I'm tanking, too (I've got plenty time to watch what others are doing; so I can commend stressed out healers who pulled a group kicking and screaming into victory, or a DPS who really got their shit done according to aggro meters on the boss).

Anyway though, it would be nice to have a limited pool of bonus commendations we could throw out - even if it's like one a day or a couple a week or something. There are definitely times where I really feel like the entire group deserves commends for managing to pull through something tough. I get why it's limited to one though.

DPS deserve comms a lot of the time too, Beavis. When I'm healing and I have Stonerbro Potsmoke for a tank, yet I have a Drg that I hardly have to heal, and he's making full use of his CD's at the right moments, bringing down mobs and knows boss mechanics, that Dragoon's getting my comm.
