Rest assured I won't allow a bunch of fedora-tipping cockwombles to cause an elimination. Therefore I'm making an executive decision now, since PSN is still down.

There will be no ENTM round this week

This will have the effect of pushing the rounds back a week but it can't be helped. Worst that I can see happening is we set the Cycle 4 cast a little before Cycle 3 wraps which is far from the end of the world. This has a hidden benefit that since next week will be double-elimination everyone has extra time to make sure this week's shot is the best they can do.

I would apologize for this but any displeasure at this decision should be aimed at those responsible for the outages. As bad as it is for us, I feel a hundred times worse for non tech-savvy people who bought a PS4/XBox One for Christmas and don't understand why it isn't working the way it should. May diseased gerbils gnaw on their tender bits for centuries to come.

I'm glad you guys get a break, hacker-induced or not. This competition can really start to burn you out. I remember last cycle toward the end going a little loopy. Of course, our rounds were every 3 days, can you imagine?

The tomb raidin' theme reminded me of a fun shot I grabbed in hullbreaker during my cycle:



I ended up going with another shot because I kept over-analyzing the word 'scenic' in the theme, which landed me in the bottom 3/4 that week. Let that be a lesson that, despite w/e feedback you guys get from us, always choose the pic that you're happy with regardless!

And as for feedback, don't feel frustrated about critiques with lighting, deadspace, etc. Know that if we judges are talking about that, it's because you've got all the core elements in the shot and we need to pick up on more subtle things you can improve. Most of the cycle 2 models-now-judges agree we wish we had gotten more feedback during our cycle. And so we're trying to keep pushing you guys.

I was excited, but now I'm relieved that I can attempt to get a better screenshot once PSN gets back up!

Anyway, something to lift up the mood; I present to you the outtake hilarity that ensued for my Round 8 submission (Even though it's soo late. Cut me some slack! It was the most infuriating and kinda enjoyable round for me and I was on vacation)! Just one picture though. I can't seem to find my pendrive with all my pictures. I'll get them when I find it later (Though, I doubt you want to see all of them since you can pretty much guess what happened with the one picture).
