    SE: Where is my Right of Passage certificate?

    As part of the US collectors edition we were supposed to receive this. I ordered mine the day of release on September 22nd and we were supposed to receive them sometime in November...It is March and I have yet to receive mine.

    I used my code to apply for one sometime in November, and I received it sometime in February. It does take a while to receive it, but if applied for it at launch, there's something wrong.

    Well my code was just plain broken.
    It was already flagged as taken or something, which seems a little odd given how early in the launch I tried to use it.

    I had a similar problem when I tried to input the code on CE release.. It told me that my code was flagged used.. I tried again a week after September 30th (the actual release) and the code went through. I received my certificate around Thanksgiving.. its still in the envelope it originally came it
