Heavensward - Buying expansion once or twice for PC & PS4?

This has already been answered in multiple threads already, but yes you will need to buy a new copy for every platform you wish to play it on. SE has a licensing agreement with Sony which will allow Sony to take a cut of sales for their platform and by it's nature would prevent PC copies from working on their consoles (else they wouldn't make money from them).

Yet I'm assuming I can buy the (Edited)PS3 version and play my linked account on my PC. SE has not officially responded to this that I'm aware of. After all, for 2.0, I purchased the (Edited)PS3 version and it enabled *both* (Edited)ps3 and PC versions.
