And how it looks like someone straight up went into Microsoft Word, opened clip art and then copy pasted that ugly orange square with the logo onto everything?

Yea, they all look horrible and so does the Dreadwyrm stuff. Thank internet god for Glamour.

First off, I love your mustache. It should be a forum requirement that we all wear the holiday mustache.
What you don't realize is that Ironworks owns a share in the glamour prism business. If you want it ad-free, it'll cost you.
Insanity is a gradual process, don't rush it - Ford Prefect
I don't even mind the logo itself, but it's the fact that they're so lazily placed is what bothers me. The shield has the orange square right over one of the vents/holes for instance. If it were just the crest itself branded onto the gear (In a logical position) it would look better, not like Elementary School children using clip art for the first time tier.
I don't have objections to the Garlond Ironworks emblem being present on the L120 gear, but as my original job class was Dragoon, the headgear looks absolutely atrocious. Thankfully for me, my love with the L90 is so much that I have glamoured all my Dragoon gear that was stronger than the L90 because I love it so much.
Yeh it looks terrible, when it was first released I actually went to the bug forum thinking it was a glitch and shouldn't even be there because it looks so out of place
The Ironworks Logo is one of my favorite parts of the gear :x
It's like when a company puts their logo on their products. The ironworks gear is some of the only armor that we know is designed by a particularly business, it makes sense that they would mark it. I like little details like this that make Eorzea seem like a real place.

A true paladin... will sheathe his sword.
It was put on the back of the DRG set in a really clever way~ I don't see why they needed to put the ugly square on the front collar and on other pieces.
Aside from some of the helms of the Ironwork gear, I do love the overall design of the various outfits. Its just the helms of the tank and melees @_@. I do dig the hood from the casters though.
I agree the placing of the logo, especially on the shield, is terrible. It looks like a sticker on a toy
