    Can someone link me to where Yoshi stated there will be horizontal gear progression and that ilevel will not exceed ilvl 150?

    Perviously I read many "raider" explicitly requested coil weapon must be BiS, then what's the point for "horizontal"?
    Are people asking to add a content for BiS armour, a content for BiS hand, a content for BiS legs...etc?
    Otherwise, if Dev just nerf coil gear, especially the "weapon" then it will be more horizontal? ^^;

    from what i recall they are scaling the ilvl of the higher level gear down to accommodate. i remember yoshi-p stating in a live letter several months ago, but things do change.

    Purely my assumption content level 51-55 and up will have a minimum ilvl requirement of 100 to 110. Content 55-60 will require minimum ilvl of 110 to 120, and content 60+ will require a minimum ilvl of 120 to 130. This will make sure that current level 50 high end armor does not loose value. Armor drops and this is pure speculation from new content will start from ilvl100 at 51, and go to 130 and 59. Level 60 armor will start at 135 and if they give us horizontal progression go to 145. But have many different variations and options of being obtained.

    Add more raids on par with Coil, there now you have horizontal progression and raid weapon is still BiS.
