Pretty sure 2.0 CE will not carry over to 3.0 CE. You will have to pay for the digital upgrade after purchasing standard edition of 3.0

I live in Argentina and shipping here costs one of your eyes and probably the other one. Soooo, getting a physical CE won't be an option. I think I'll just get the digital version, as I did with the 2.0 one. I only want that mount.

That is not how that works... buying one CE does not entitle you to all future CE items. Sooo if you want those items you will have to buy it. You should already know the reason that 1.0 carried over to 2.0.

They carried over the 1.0 to 2.0 to (a) thank the people who supported them the whole time and (b) live up to their promise that 1.0 users would get the expansion for free and not have to buy 2.0. I don't think that will be the same for 3.0
