I've discovered the % Values on anything... Crafting Success, HQ Rate, Mining Rate, etc... are nothing but show and bullsh*t >_> Unless it says "100%" your chances sit between "Slim to none".

K I'm only half kidding but I know we've all been there in crafting or mining. 91% Chance to mine this item? Fail, hit, Fail, hit, Fail. 83% HQ Rate? Fail, Fail, Fail (I did this when making Rose Gold Cogs. Rage much)

don't I know it. crafting for Ixal dailies? what's that? 99% HQ chance for that piston rod? Normal T_T I love this game with all my heart, but sometimes I wanna wring the dev team (and RNGesus') necks
