I totally zoned out in a Titan X once (Back when it was first released) and I simply walked right off the ledge; even though I was very good at the fight.

I done that once as tank, everyone laughed it off.

As for me... Ifrit EX, many times didnt let the tank provoke the boss, and ended up dying with max Suppuration stacks XD - Another time, provoked the Dark Matter Bulb in t6 when I was learning it... feeling stupid haha

I went southwest instead of northwest (to my assigned spot) for the second meteor phase in T9. By the time I realized my mistake, I had a meteor marker over my head. I ended up dropping the meteor on the dragoon. :c

During Titan EX when carrying a random person for soldiery, tanking the adds and tried to dodge the landslide as to not fall down, dodged the landslide but walked over the edge xD

Mine was in T5, i was Brd. it was the millionth time or so where i did T5. Time for Divebombs, everyone´s down in the Pit. Dodge 1,2,3. okay Snake Time. While damaging the Snakes in the Pit my Brain: "Use Repelling Shot. Trust me, i know how to dps" My Fingers: "k" *Repelling right in the wall*, of course. Brain: "lol"

I did an upgraded version of this, I repelled into the T9 death wall while tanking the blue golem. Good job brain!
