    to clarify a loyalty system unlike the reward for having an active account. instead it is reward (points/tickets/rep whatever) for time actually PLAYING the game daily quests/ objectives. and special items (not game changers) that you can only get by actively playing the game.

    There's no way for SE to track who's actually playing the game at the moment though, considering they can't even pick out the bots. So, with this a player could leave the game running doing nothing and still rake in loyalty rewards.

    There are some people that have completed all of the content in the game and there's nothing left to do but daily quests from beast tribes and alternate class gear/relic farm, which gets very tedious, so I don't see how they would make this work if it rewards based on progression as well.
