    You can always cast B1 + T1/2/3 without any MP issue because it takes longer than 6 seconds (+60% MP for 2 ticks) to cast B1 + T1/2/3 + F3. You may not may not lose MP from the F3, but that is also taken into account if you follow minimum PIE requirement on 'Spell Rotation' Page for the specific thunder rotation you're interested.

    That's not true. If your 2nd mana tick happens while you are casting T1/2/3 but before the MP is deducted, you'll never be able to regen that mana back before your fire phase starts.

    You're right. I was clearly drunk when I said that.

    I will spare you the math but if we take that extra thunder I/II/III cast into account after 2nd tick has been applied, then we would need to calculatenew minimum PIE.

    So, we need to add extra MP cost for Thunder 1/2/3 to our MP pool, but we also need to take in consideration the 2% recovery MP tick every 3 seconds that will almost always happen during Fire 3 cast while under UI3 (~16% chance that you won't get a tick).

    This would give us new minimum PIE requirement that will allow us to cast either Bliz I or Thunder first going into UI phase (but not ending with Thunder and starting with Thunder first for next rotation):

    Fire I * 5(6) + Blizzard III (AF3) + Thunder I/II/III + Blizzard I + Fire 3 (UI3) - 2% MP tick

    F1x5 Rotation

    T1: 242 PIE
    T2: 254 PIE
    T3: 267 PIE
