LMAO, but you specifically mentioned it in your thread title. So, it's obvious someone thought you were talking about CT since you, yourself, put it in the title.
I really love Labrynth/ST and the 24 person chaos that it is - for better or worse. It's a good honer for skills for harder/more chaotic/mechanic-heavy content.
There still needs a conclusion to that story arc, so undoubtedly we may get more - possibly with increasing difficulty as the storyline comes to a climax.
I'd say, leave it as is - we don't know what the conclusion to CT's storyline is, yet.
It may even be just the beginning for 24-man raids.
If you read the thread you would know that im a fan of the casual CT line of raids and that I don't want them removed. Hell without them I probably wouldn't be still subbed.
I just put the question forwards to the community.
If they're doing it with the new HM dungeons style sure since the content are pretty different. If it's similar to primals, I'd rather they work on something else that is fresh.
It and 4 mans could stand to be a bit harder, or rather, as hard as they used to be. But they're right to have CT target the players it targets. If you only give content to the hardcore players the others players will leave because they have nothing to do.
I would like to see Crystal Tower reworked. Bring back the Philo tomes and Myth tomes as well as the gear and vendors offering the items like they did. Have Labyrinth drop Philo and Myth tomes, ST drop Myth and Soldiery, and the next tower drop Soldiery and Phoetics. Too many of my FC members are just hitting 50 with their first toons and finding that the gear progression is suddenly having to jump, while they are still stuck in ilvl 50/55. The smooth transition between gear that use to be there is gone. So instead of doing dungeons, they're resorting to hunts, and it's killing the game for them. Tons of other games have smooth transitions between tiers of gear, and it's a lot better for people just reaching 50 to not feel like they are so far behind they have to play catch up in dungeons that now drop a miserable amount of tomes and make players fight over the ilvl 60 and 70 pieces in there.
Kinda hope they remove ct later on as keeping it around any longer than 4.0 would be odd.
Cuz it'll be a little bit alive for ppl catching up to the dark world part but other than that it'll probs be a ghost town.
They're more likely to REWORK it than remove it. It's the "Naxxramas" problem that WoW had.
But 4.0 is years down the road anyway. It's not even a glimmer in Yoshi-P's eye.
Crystal Tower should stay, I want Hardcore content like EXs and coils gone. Or not be required for any future story content ever. (Which Coil won't be according to quest text.) Focus more on making the story better in the meantime, we don't need more hardcore (or PVP) content.
