Why Garuda is applied to melee accuracy?

Saying it's just "meh" is vastly underselling the point. In current endgame, SMN is the least valuable, and the reasons why are pretty baffling design choices.

By the way, did you realize the BiS pieces are only the BiS because they give you enough ACC? You would have different BiS if you could hit a lower ACC cap. Also, SS is useless, and even counter-productive. Current endgame caster gear is not a help to SMN. That plus the baffling design choices make it pretty lame.

It's also mind blowing that SE is so against having a dps meter in the game, then add junk gear to make sure you farm both poetics and Final Coil, and then give you no tool to discern which gear is junk. Thanks, SE!

Still have 523 crit, 320 det, which isnt bad at all, on top of the increased int/vit/ weapon dmg. Ofc, spell speed on smn weapon always makes me laugh, but the final coil book is the strongest book and certainly is a help. It's not that bad(outside of weap, that's just cruel lol). SMNs beat final coil too.

As for OP, b/c reasons.

then you should to delete T13 gear in ur mind.

you can see 6 pieces SS gears and SS gonna the sky.
it is clear that IL close to 130, gap with another caster 'BLM' is increased.
yes, right. that Dreadwyrm Book is great. but next? after u get it, what will you do?
we are waiting to new contents in next spring. but level cap increase to 60, so u can use that great book to just leveling.

I think relic weapon is still better than Dreadwyrm even if you lose one weapon damage.

Dreadwyrm: 11.183(crit)+57(int)+13.14(2 extra WD)=81.323 int total

Relic: 10.339(crit)+51(int)+10.188(det)=71.527 int total

I did not even calculate the spell speed into the dreadwyrm book to prove a point. Do not underestimate weapon damage or base stats in the from the upgrade.

You lose 2 weapon damage.

Relic weapon is 80 weapon damage and poetic is 81 and does not give u crit.

EDIT: I just noticed we are talking about 135 weapon that is 2 weapon damage better than relic .. I agree that weapon is better. Just messed up. I mean relic is better than 130 poetic weapon.
