Did you guys even tried the quest yet?
The dungeon items are fairly easy to get, its not a grind like 2k nexus light.
The Desynth item are pretty easy to get and even levels your desynth pretty easy. (you dont need to invest a shitload of money for it) also ask other ppl to desynth you items, they will do it for free or in exchange for desynth something they cant.
Crafting the 3 star items arent that hard too, just find someone who will craft it for you and maybe pay them for it. (On our server there are ppl offering there service for a lil fee)

To be honest, that's the best and easiest (beside creating the first weapon) step from all until now. Somehow i get the feeling that ppl just dont want to cooperate with other players. Stop playing a "MMO" if its a problem.
Oh the funniest part was helping First Timers through content for 100 Soldiery Bonus :3

Congrats on getting the weapon. But atleast in my scenario it kinda doesnt make sense for me to do the grind is all im saying. I started the game in April when it was release for ps4. I was already behind on relic progression as i didnt hit 50 till late in the animus stage, im going to say some time in may. I was working on my atma when i got the High Allagan Grimoire of healing. So i didnt keep grinding. Now if i try and continue the quest i'll probably get the Dreadwyrm codex before i even finish the relic. Its just too much of an uphill climb at this point. Especially for a suboptimal weapon. Even if i were to spec my Omnilex for accuracy so i can dps in FCoB it would still be stupid for me to use the i125 Last Resort if i have an i135 weapon available.

And to be honest the only thing holding me back is the novus stage and the gathering of alexandrite. Thats the part that seems to deflate my spirits whenever i actually think of completing my relic.

On top of that it was my turn to get the encrypted tomestone this week. So by next tuesday i will have an i130 codex
