I believe, if you are referring to just Dancer and not the entire class and jobs, you mean Last Waltz's potency, Mystic Waltz's MP recovery amount, and maybe Resplendence's curing potency and Moonlit Waltz being a Stone II that can be used in battle. I can see that and I'll correct them.
I was more referring to what a Dancer gets on top of what it already has from being a Performer.
I just get annoyed when people post ideas about that they would like to see implemented, yet they obviously never thought about balance at all. Also I main Healing, so when I see something like this (if this was implemented there would be little reason to use SCH, and no reason to use WHM), a barely any "Cooldowns", no cast-time, TP-based Healer that can do basically everything the other two healers can do, (plus more. And switching between DNC and IDL would have no downside, since they are both Healers with OP abilities) can DPS well, heals groups and solo well (cure is core cross skill since it uses MP) and restore whatever you need, it just got to me.

And I'm sorry for being snarky, I had been in a thread that got me heated up. I do appreciate that someone wanted to refer to the actual balance of my idea versus "What weapon will not immaculate me the most?". I actual like receiving meaningful critiques.
I tried to keep the class and jobs as balanced as I could, referring to both healers and one-or-two DPS when coming up for skill Potency and cooldowns. I can see how the lower cooldown times with no cast time can be broken. My process at the time (which was four months ago) was that the player would be doing DPS and need to be able to heal on the drop of a hat. I will fix these and try to re-balance the skills some more.
