Can we just get more housing instances please. The one's on hyperion are already full and there are no more small plots of land to buy anywhere.

I want a small house for my bride and I. Sadly because a 1+ hour of logging after last patch we couldn't get on and needed to go to bed so we could get up 5 hours later to go to work. We missed out on all the small houses.
So clearly you need to revamp your thinking.

If people weren't so quick to buy personal housing that they never used it wouldn't be an issue. Personal/FC housing needs to be in segregated wards asap.

$80 is only 4 platinum bands, which are a whole 500k-1m each. Good luck with that.

Also, please just add more land. Is SE taking into consideration the influx of new or returning players each patch? I'd love to get my hands on even a small house for my company on Phoenix, but all plots of land are taken. Now, if FC housing and Personal housing were seperate matters as once advertised....

I doubt they'll stop adding more plots of land moving forward - the question is just the rate.

The reality is that the stress of the housing situation is different per server. On Adamantoise, it was only maybe two-three weeks ago that all Goblet Subdivision 5 plots were bought out - slow enough activity that 95% of the small plots are actually all owned by members of our Free Company (as well as all occupied larger houses). But that's on our server - I know particularly popular ones like Balmung and Excalibur have housing disappear within a day when it's added.

What they need is to start allocating the expansions of housing areas based on server demand rather than globally. Looking at it globally, when you consider that the vast variance in populations, there's probably a good chunk of servers which aren't having problems - so it's not as urgent as it was.

I couldn't agree with this sentiment more. There are some servers that likely still have plenty of open room, while high population servers are almost taken up the moment more housing becomes available. Over on Balmung in each of the three residential areas every single small plot is gone, most of the medium plots are gone, and all that are left are a few large plots which are easily beyond the grasp of private housing for almost anyone.

We’re constantly monitoring the availability of land and we will continue to add additional land as necessary. Just as Yoshida mentioned during the Producer Letter LIVE, we had been devoting all of our housing resources to adding new land, but now we are going to switch focus and use our resources to enhance what you can do with housing, such as the introduction of Free Company crafting.

Thank you for the response, but can we get some kind of time frame seeing as how additional land is necessary now, on Excalibur?

And whereas I do appreciate the enhancements they are working on, I need a house to be able to enjoy them.

I'm not sure if somebody already said this but. Is it possible to make 1 or 2 wards with just all small lands? Lets face it not alot of ppl can afford med and large so they just stay untouched.
