Yes that achievment really irks me , 200 end game fights you get a mount?
For what ?
Sure tanking is a tough "job" but so are all the others ? We all have to learn the same mechanics etc etc there are literally a lot of endgame fights were the tank just pretty much absorbs damage while the team handles the mechanics and the checks
On dps obviously.

I vouch that each job should get its own mount at 200 to show support of your main job

I main SCH and I tell you healing through coils and primals have been a real pain and I have no mount to show for it. Mean while a tank can sit there and absorb a critical rip or a death sentence and get a mount ? Really ?

It's not about that I just want to know why its looked at as "prestige" to have tanked the fight when 7/10 fights you do nothing but absorb damage and stand there.

Healing Scob t7 & 8 are the only fights as a healer I just stood around and played "basic" SCH

The last thing we need are ppl finding more reasons to not play healers or tanks....

Though on that topic, I believe healers should have 200 mount quest also! Healing is harder afterall wtf >8D

But I guess this mount was put in place due to lack of ppl playing tanks, and nothing at all got to do with difficulty......

Yep it was implemented to encourage people to play tanks in those endgame contents.

It's working on me at least. I play at least one T4 or EX primal a day and I'll have my mount in 200 days!

There will also be healer jobs, and probably even at least one other dps job for the expansion, so the influx might not be as big as people hope. Besides, many people won't tank even with the new jobs because they don't like tanking period.

I still highly doubt that all tanks are tanking now and still due to a mount ? I doubt if other jobs were given this quest that they would truly care.

Can I get a MT on this form ? And please tell me how you would feel about this

You want me to tank/heal stuff in endgame... sure. Give me the remaining 1400 or so light and I'll be more than happy to start tanking endgame stuff. Until then I'm busy with my grind towards nexus on my DPS. This is my main gripe. If I want to be helpful I need to ignore my relic but if I want my relic I can't help others this way.

Annyway yeah i think Tanks obsessive need to be rewarded to do anything is kind of annoying. His majesty gets a mount for his troubles while everyone else gets nothing. Healers often deserve equal praise to the Tank if not more for saving a run and they get nothing except personal pride. I guess since they don't deem the Healer supply to be as low they don't deserve a mount.
