Small things you wished carried over from XI

I was riding the ferry today (going to the ul'dah side to catch me some sharks) when I realized how utterly boring and blank the ferry was. I thought back to the old XI ferry ride, where monsters would pop up and you could fight them... sometimes even NMs! I missed those days, and wished they'd incorporate that into XIV.

Is there anyone else who wished for small things, little things like the above to be included?

Yes. Along with things in the ocean to make it look like its moving lol

Auction House, Mog house, delivery service or mailbox, sub jobs, 200k+ people willing to pay to play and lots of other things but those were just off the top of my head.

Small things to carry over? Personally I want the old seek party function with the comments back, along with /sea commands.

I don't want FFXI-2 but if they were gonna add some things I would say fights on the boat, including pirates and the overall chalenge of FFXI, i liked how you had to be constantly thinking to play effectively

I don't think anyone really wants FFXI-2. People just want features that either actually worked in FFXI, or features that are just straight up missing and would improve FFXIV.

I have heard people wanting pretty much FFXI-2 one post listed alot from ffxi and the replies were "they made that game, its called FFXI" lol.

But some features wouldnt be too bad, like the party flag, just copy the code and adapt it to crystal tools, not sure how differant the engines are though
