No. Go play a free to play. That's what you want.

I think by buying individual items through the cash shop of high value as opposed to buying things that can be sold to other players will help the economy too and restrict what you can or cannot buy.
For example, with the bracelets, you could sell them for money and then buy a load of high ilevel gear and materia and make yourself BiS for raids. Which I don't think is how the cash shop should be.
However, if your just buying a deed that is bound to you, there is no way to sell it off and buy other things with it.
I'd be very surprised if they did this. One of the main points of housing is to be a gil sink.
Or people could just buy bracelets, sell them, and buy a house. Gil sink kept intact, SE makes money.
That said, I'm sure they can dream up another gil sink.
Anything from as simple (and transparent) as increasing repair cost or taxing the houses to more obfuscated schemes.
why not, its only Vanity am I right?
"You don't need houses to get high lvl stuff"
am I doing this right?I think everyone on the forums talk like this. :S
If we keep accepting everything they throw at us they'll eventually sell everything as optional.
Hey the expansion is out and we decided that you only need 1 hotbar to progress in this game, you can unlock the others though, they are "optional".
What? You want to level because it's part of the game? But you can play it just fine as lvl 50, however you might be interested in our otional leveling service so that you may reach 60.
I know this is exaggerated but I'm just saying "optional" is really far stretched.

Maybe your goal is a bit maladjusted to your playstyle then. As I see it, how much gil you're making depends on how "well-versed" in craft you are.Well... as an adult who works a full time job and has many responsibilities outside of work, 40 million is a lot for me and my eternal bond partner to fork out. After farming for months, we barely have about 15 mil between us in total. This was obtained through hours upon hours of farming and making gil in game and most of it has been rather repetitive and is rather boring now.
I'ld much rather buy the house with real money at this point and be able to stop sinking so much time into this as at the moment, time is more valuable than money.
In addition, allowing players to buy expensive ingame items with real currency would remove all the gold bots / RMT, making the game better for everyone as a whole.
If it takes you months to get 15 millions (and I don't mean that as a critic or whatever), maybe you should have tried to get a small or medium one to begin with.
Well, that's not what you want, but it would have fit better your playstyle in my opinion. And you can always try to get a bigger one after finding a way to make money quicker.
I can't see how becoming ourselves RMTraders would be a good thing. Kinda sad that's the only way you have left to achieve your goal.
