TERA was free to play geme. Was it not?1. And that's a valid method through games like TERA do it and guess what? Their markets don't freaking SINK! People have a way to actually sell Mogshop items for gil, which is something I've been onboard for since the conception of Cash Shop.
2. Yeah, MB is SURE to crash over everyone wanting a vanity item and the price doesn't decrease AT ALL with how many of them will be up...learn economy mate.
ARR is free to play game now too? Ok, bb.
I gotta admire and see the fail in this post before I say ANYTHING...it just oozes with the stuff like a Philadelphia Cheesesteak.
Okay back to serious.
1. Learn to spell game buddy.
2. TERA being F2P has nothing to do with offering Cash Shop items to be sold through marketplace as a way for others to earn gold. It's a convenience so people who don't pay can still get their vanity items.
3. I don't see how ARR being P2P stops it from having the same ability as TERA and other F2P games that follow the same principle.
So why don't you go away?
Yeah, I'm out.
Today we got one more F2P geme.
No it's not.
Selling Gil increases the amount of Gil in the economy which leads to hyper inflation... see Germany in the 1920's.
Selling items which can be traded for Gil does not increase the amount of Gil it just moves it around a bit.
What concerns me is that "a bit".
example #1:
Now lazy lazy person can just "donate" 20$ and buy a good chunk of materia from MB, resulting in increased prices and inflation. Materia is wasted on relic, while money stay in the economy. (demand increases, offer decreases)
Guess what happens with prices?
Wanted to do Novus? Sorry, but last 10 materia you needed were just bought by that guy. Yeah, and he bought 90 more. What's left for you is just last one Heaven's Eye III for 5m.
It's getting that way. My loyalty is already in the balance because I've seen this happen twice before. I don't want to argue with anyone about how it should be or about SE's right to do what they like with their game, but I will be out of here the way things are going. I respect other people's opinions, but P2P is why I'm here, and F2P is why I left the last two games.

And from your thumbsup, I wonder again if people actually bothered to figure out why others don't have no issues with Cash Shop Trading and only fools believe it's somehow similar to RMT...
i'm just glad BDO open beta coming soon
better play f2p than p2p with premium service lol
Well, it is literally RMT, you are buying in-game items with real money. That is the definition of Real Money Trading."Says he's out"
