    Well... you can get two bracelets. One for yourself, one for your partner. You need to be able to trade the second one to your partner somehow. Maybe direct trading is not the best idea, but it is the simplest. Also this is not pay to win. lol. Being married doesn't make you able to clear coil better/faster or whatever.

    Being able to sell the bracelets for gil is pay to win.

    You can use the money made from selling the bracelets to buy crafted+melded gear, or materia for your Novus, which gives an advantage in clearing coil.

    No you get one.

    * You cannot possess more than one promise wristlet at a time. If you wish to purchase a pair of wristlets, you must first buy one and trade it to your partner before purchasing a second for yourself.
