1) I heard something about being able to keep DOTs and buffs going for longer (or something like that)

An increase in our DoT timer will completely wreck the Dragoon Rotation and people like myself would have to go back to the drawing board and create a new rotation - making Dragoons still useless for a while until we've sorted a new rotation out. I really, really doubt that'll happen. An increase in our DoT timer will make 0 impact to our DPS believe it or not, unless either Fracture also receives a HUGE buff, or we gain a completely new GDC skill with a potency of 200+ somehow. We'll receive a buff to our DoTs, nothing more.
