Making an FC house a Personal House

I think it's not possible but I thought I would ask, just in case I am wrong.

A member sold me their FC house very cheaply as they were moving server asap. So, being an FC master and owner of a bigger house I bought the house with my alt.

My alt is now the owner of a house and master of an FC with no one in it.

is there any way at all i can switch that to personal without relinquishing the house and rebuying it as personal?

Currently, this is not possible. I hope they'll implement a FC/Personal switch of sorts in the future, though, as I would like to get a Large house and switch it with my current FC Medium. It just wouldn't be right to look down upon my FC members from my mansion while they've to stay in the Medium, so I'd rather convert the Medium to my (or, if house sharing for Eternal Bond is implemented, our) own and have everyone pay together for that Large.

Being able to openly convert a house from FC to personal seems a bit dangerous. You may have situations wherein a rogue FC owner steals the property from under it's members feet. However, there really desperately needs to be a better system in place for player run real estate. I understand they made it difficult to prevent players from swooping in to buy land for the purpose of re-sale but that occurred anyway. The cumbersomeness of the system only really hurts honest players trying to upgrade their properties since the system does not allow you to do it within the same plot of land.

The point is even you can switch to personal without relinquishing the house, you still cannot rebuying it! ^^;

Already completely possible. FC leaders can kick any member at will, at any time they feel like it. No repercussions whatsoever, SE wouldn't do a thing and everyone knows it.

I doubt they care enough to ever make this possible, but until it does people like me will hold houses hostage (you could say...).

I have a past medium FC house that every member has quit, The master it is my alt (only active member) and can do nothing with it since I cant transfer the house to my main character.

Would love to transfer from FC to Personal...
or another option: Sell Deed

Sell Deed for like 1 gil to someone if you want to simple transfer it.
Guilds looking to upgrade benefit from this also since they can sell their say Medium house and put gil towards the large house they want.
