    I would have to disagree with this. The rotations for most of the classes are pretty easy. Players could easily go through their rotation multiple times on boss fates. Just because a player levels up faster does not correlate to he/she not knowing their class.

    A lot of players suck at using damage buffs & dots.
    There's little incentive to use those things in a FATE zerg, so a lot of people don't really get a feel for them if they level up that way.

    Perhaps, although that does not make a player bad at their class/job because they do not use them every time they are off CD while leveling. A person could just as well do the same in a dungeon, leve quest, or heist. Just seems to be an overly broad generalization.
