    SE doesn't have anything to do with your route... that is set by your ISP's policies (either directly, or as a result of their routing arrangement with third parties that they are connecting you to in order to get to Ormuco, who is SE's ISP). That's why you keep getting directed to them...there are known issues that they need to investigate and escalate the matter to the proper people to address.

    I just played for about 4 hours straight, no issues outside the odd lag spike. Looked at my route and as usual, there are signs of congestion spikes in some key areas. Atlanta's hop was spiking from around 30ms up to 250+ at least twice in 10 pings, and Chicago was running from around 36ms to a spike just over 150ms pretty consistently once in 10 pings. Ran them several times throughout the night (while waiting on DF and FATES to pop) and it was pretty consistent. Didn't contact TWC about it yet though, since it wasn't bad enough to dramatically impact my playtime tonight. Plus they had already bounced my modem once tonight while I was streaming some stuff on the Roku (which was rough... a lot of pausing/buffreing). So they may already be looking into it again (it's been an ongoing effort for nearly a year now to sort out issues with our nodes down here in South Carolina).

    There are indeed problems in the routes that our ISP need to address. Whether they are the root of your issues remains to be seen, but we can safely say that are at least a big contributor. It may well be worth pursuing simple because (like me) it may stabilize your path well enough that you can still play in spite of all the issues out there.

    I've been getting hit with 90k fairly frequently(every 30-69mins approximatly) for the past week. It's beyond frustrating because I can't run anything for fear of getting a DC in the middle of it. I really hope it'll be addressed in the upcoming patch. My connection is usually flawless, but this week, and only with this game, it's been awful.

    At this point I highly doubt our ISPs are to blame. All the other internet services are working to me (youtube, movies in streaming, FFXI...), and clearly we're up to 9 pages of people having big issues (not the occasional DC, but the inability to play the game entirely or close to that). We all have different ISPs and locations, so the only factor we all share in common is the XIV lobby server. This is definitely an issue on SE's end, not ours.

    getting the same 90000 and 2002, from yesterday.
    however Cerberus has been really bad last 2 weeks or so. this is clearly a server issue and frankly we aren't paying to watch frozen screens and error messages
    there has to be some kind of reimbursement or reward for this poor support SE

    Getting the same errors from yesterday, in Ragnarok, i'm so sad right now lol. I had a really bad working week and this weekend was the best thing ever :'(.

    EDIT: Apparently i'm having this problem only in CHAOS data center .. can't think how this could be an ISP problem honestly.

    Still getting the same error on Zodiark as well. And honestly, still NO STATEMENT from SE? Are you kidding me? Is it so hard to have a CM or GM post "We are looking into it"? No, it's not! It takes them 30 secs and will give at least the impression that they care. This is nothing but ridiculous.

    Many F2P games today offer a better service because they actually need to work for the money they make (I should know, I work for one).

    I was seriously thing DDoS yesterday...now I'm not so sure anymore. Are you trying to pre-patch in the background and failing? Just get this fixed.

    Just a little update:

    i've extended my previously expired trial of WTFAST by 14 days and IT SEEMS that the issue got fixed for me.

    Clearly, this is not a solution, but a work around. But for who, like me, doesn't want to "waste" their gaming weekend can give this solution a shot, waiting that hopefully SE wakes up from their poorly professional PR slumber, to give us pointer whether this issue is client or server side.
