Having Some International Issues in the SE Store

I'm pretty sure the payment system uses a verification that is based on your IP. So if you are trying to buy from an EU site, it checks your IP and fails because it's in another country.

That explains why i can't order it myself for her as an alternative either. The store just says it's unavailable in my location lolz
I already sent a support message to the SE store, though i doubt they can do anything but it's worth a shot.
Getting the feeling i just won't be able to get it for her.

I haven't tried that yet but i will in the morning. Just got home from work and was checking any replies. Only dropping a quick message before going to bed to let you know I'm still paying attention to the thread~ (would find it rude to just ditch when someone's trying to help)

If that's what you end up doing just remember that you/she'll have to buy NA/US expansions. I'm pretty sure that you can't mix&match...

It could also be that the billing address is in a different country and name than the shipping address. This might trigger any bank fraud detection systems. You could call up your card issuer and ask if that's the problem and they might be able to let that process.
