A good Monk does over 500 DPS on T10, about the same on T11.

The Monk DPS is a little low. If your monk can at least hit 430, you're solid. Your monk should be hitting 450s, but, ehh
I'll try and figure out what he's doing wrong then. Hopefully I can get his dps up.
Some info about his gear, especially weapon, how much goad / paeon he gets, and if he is able to reach backside during last phase would help. Regardless, 360 is very very low for a mnk, but expecting 450 if he is like i115~ and with i110 or i115 weapon is a bit much. 430 should be what you want on a good run for him with this (415~ if i110 wep). 450 with i120. All this assuming he gets a fair share of goad / paeon but is not bathing in tp either, and that he can reach both back and side often but not always.
I do 450 @ i114 on Drg..... no crafted/melds. No I don't have proof on hand but why would I make something up, what is there to gain? I'm sure you can dig up parses of Collision or DnT kills and see what kind of numbers they put up.
I did 446 DPS on tonights T10 kill while getting 2 charge mechanics and casting LB3 and a LB1.

lol, look up Collision / DnT Kills for 'good' numbers... surely, everybody will be able to pull off such numbers...... redefine your defintion of bad, average, good and exceptional, geeez.
In ilvl 112 with 110 Weapon our Mnk did 430 on T10 and is doing around 440 in T11. I'm fine with this number.
You do Melee LB3 in T10? Rather uncommon, but why not.
What would you expect BLMs to average in T10?
Think it was more about not using caster LB3 on the second add phase, which is the standard, but it will be up for melee LB3 in the final phase anyways. DRG and NIN are both better choices for LB than monk
