If you have a smart phone, I HIGHLY recommend the software token. That will eliminate the need to change your password as long as you use that one-time password. It's free so really there's no reason not to have it. Just make sure you write down the emergency password in a safe place in case your phone breaks or you upgrade. It's a PITA getting the one-time password off your account without it. I don't know if it works on iPhones, but it does on Android. As an added bonus, having the one-time password allows you to set a location as a free teleport location. You can teleport there for free.
