If anything they should push the micro-transactions away from functionally impacting things and instead add little silly things like pets and actual vanity sets. I'd throw down big money for nostalgia gear sets from old FF games (Vanille please and ty<3) and awkward stuff like that. But mounts, premium versions of ingame content and things like that are going too far for my personal tastes. I dropped my old MMO in a heartbeat when the ARR beta was opened because it was free of these things, now it seems they're hellbent to push it until the community ultimately buckles.

It's well know that some of us are against that, but as long as there's blind people defending SE no matter what and asking to pay for even MORE stuff instead of asking it to be included in patches for "free" (we pay a sub) as it was working before, they'll keep pulling things like this one.

I already said it. The moment I get tired of it, I'll simply cancel my sub and walk away.

i'm the only one shocked by this? i means we are paying every month for play the game already, we did purchase it too... and now for get a part of it we must pay more? seriously?? we are not in a Free to play! they need to stop this bullshit about making stuff available into the shop!

it's maybe the time for people to make them voice be heard, this sort of.... stuff... must'nt continue! they need to stop to ask us to pay more and more for content that was develloped with our monthly fee!

I'm a little worried on the price. Considering the Sleipnir mount is like 24 bucks and this comes with a mount, minion and more detailed clothing I hope it doesn't end up being like 50 dollar.

No one is really shocked by this because we all saw it coming after they first announced micro-transactions. Every game that has a cash shop ends up spending more time developing cash shop content than actual game content in the end.
