You can pad your numbers by a good 5% or more if you use Misery's End on a lvl50 dummy every time it's available. Why are we ignoring Bard's finisher when performing parses?
Not that I am in any way endorsing parses, because I am not. And I am actually shocked that you people are openly talking about using parsers on the official site when it is known that Square-Enix is against their use. But I am curious as to the answer of my question.
The topic creator had a question, and I attempted to provide a useful response. That is all.

Because it can only be used for the last 20% of an encounter. Using it in a dummy parse would make it very inaccurate to determine what you would be getting in an encounter because you are practically forgetting 80% of a fight. Why are we ignoring Bard's finisher when performing parses?

except that the training dummies aren't meant to replicate boss mobs. they are meant to replicate standard cannon fodder mobs.

I don't know what Square-Enix was thinking but they definitely designed the Training Dummies to replicate Trash Mobs. Another game I used to play but won't name did it so much better with their training dummies. They had ones for Trash Mobs on the starter worlds, then they had ones that replicated their version of Dungeon Bosses, as well as another set that replicated their version of Crystal and Syrcus Tower Bosses, and yet another that replicated their version of Binding Coil Bosses. It was all really well done. They even had a set that was specifically designed to replicate other players for the purposes of testing for PvP. Of course this game actually ALLOWED the use of Parsers.

Yh I hate miseries end on dummy. + good tip in this thread: Always beware of padded bard parses.
So so far the rotation that ive put together to work the best for me has been
QS > RS > SS (BFB, BL) > WB (HE, IR) > VB (barrage) > and start working on my OCDs and hs bl blahblah whatever > refresh dots with 4 seconds of IR > blah blah blah
Could someone give me some input on this? I do lose some fractions of seconds in the animation lock and im curious as to if this is acceptable enough weaving. and is there a better order for them obviously popping them all would be bad but i also feel like weaving only one into an ocd at the start is less efficient. idk any helps nice xD
