A Request for the Final Relic stage

Yeah, that's what I thought too. These relic questlines should definitely be required to continue relic questline in the expansion. People have spent dozens of hours, millions of gil and thousands of tomestones for a reason. I could easily get a tomestone weapon, but I wanted to keep up with the relic because it's supposed to keep upgrading. Even if previous relics aren't required in expansion, they should at least reward players in some way who completed their relics, like let them skip some steps or at least keep the customized stats from current relic.

Exactly. I'm working on light toward my second Nexus right now, and I'll be extremely upset if there's only one final upgrade, and then it's done for good. Because, that ultimately means it was all for nothing.

Gear in this game has a 6month shelf life. Except for Relics which will last until expansion. 2.0 = Relics 3.0 = Mythics? 4.0 = Empyrean? etc etc

Best case is we get some sort of cool Tatoo or glamour for our work.
