If you are dying, you'd better be paying attention. 15 seconds to hit commence when you are ready and paying attention is more than enough.
What factual inaccuracy? Making up stories now right? Seems that is your talent.
In any case have I had queue pop in the middle of a loading screen. Of course. Have I ever missed one because of that? 0 misses to date, ever. Also what are the odds that you are in loading screen and queue pops? Really really low, like 1 in a 1000. What are the odds that is right at the start of the loading screen and not at the end of the loading screen? Even lower than 1 in a 1000. In any case if you assume loading time is 45 seconds, really unrealistically long but for arguments sake I will even grant you that, the average loading time that you will hit a queue pop should be 1/2 of 45 seconds so 22.5 sceonds. So 999/1000 times there is more than enough time to click commence, for that 1/1000 odd chance, you get 3 strikes to cover you. So since 1/2 the time the loading screen is more than half-way done, you are really falling back on the 3 strikes for 1/2000 odds.

Who was the first insult by falsely stating "factual inaccuracy" without providing any counter evidence or proof as such. If you are not providing proof, you are make up stories. There is nothing wrong being a talented story teller, it is high praise I might say, and I am terrible at story telling.

Depends on the zone, main cities can be long depending on time of day. Mor Dohna is usually bad. Worst case is any zone where a rank S has been found, I can easily see this case getting near or past 45 seconds in the very worst cases.
It wouldn't be so bad, except for some reason it subjectively seems like the queue favors throwing up the commencement screen while you're loading somewhere. I don't know why, it just seems like a more frequent occurrence to me than it should. Although I'm sure there's a little confirmation bias in there![]()
If you have 15 sec after a load you can make commencement. Nothing aggro at a teleport. You two can fight semantics all you want but the fact remains that you can do stuff in game while waiting on df. If you are engrossed in netflix doing fates and don't notice your cue for 30 sec, and cant get out in15, that's not a developer problem.
If you are at your controller/keyboard when it pops there are an exceedingly tiny number of situations that would prevent cue. The only real one that has been mentioned is just starting a multi million 4 star style craft. Fates or any combat can be defeated, or run away from. Easy crafts can be finished. Retainer menus? Are you guys serious? This is really stretching at this point. The truth is people aren't noticing the pop and scrambling for the last 10 sec and claiming it's impossibru. Not noticing a pop up with a soundly and ticking noise se specifically added for this very reason is not a dev problem anymore.
I don't if this is confirmation bias, but when I ask people if the selected expert roulette, and they all answer yes, every time that has happened, we are all dumped in Sastasha HM. Seems like that is default for expert roulette.
