I really like Yoshi-p responds so quickly at all concerns and stuff. Adding some news and tips here and there.

It looks like about 280 people have cleared Dzemael Darkhold (as of Tuesday, July 26 at 2:00 a.m. PDT / at 9:00 a.m. GMT). But there are rewards you can’t get just by killing the last boss. Stick to it, though, and keep searching for the key to unlocking that additional treasure! (That’s a metaphor. It’s not an actual key...)

But I’m happy to see posts claiming that combat now requires strategy (though this should go without saying), since this was the starting point for our changes to the battle system. After getting feedback like this, I hope we can work towards our future goals with the same results.

He did say that he might of gone overboard. Meaning he understand the existence of the issues plaguing the game.
On top of that the letter is really to tell players they are watching the forums and looking for complaints about what should be fixed throughout the week. It's not really about news.

Even though he did say when the summer event was coming, And that there is more treasure in the dungeons aside from killing the boss's.

He said that. Very intriguing.

He probably just means the rewards you get in five of the chests which don't drop from Batraal.

Anyway, there are no new items in the dats that even seem worth procuring anyway, besides Torturer's Monocle, and even then it's only to do a Papalymo impersonation
