You can get that last hit on Beserker with 370 Skill Speed minimum. You need to "delay" your Beserker, you hit it when the global cooldown is more than haftway done (If you go by the GCD icons clock i'd say at 7-8 o'clock). You're gona get pacified as you land that last hit. Even the log is going show the pacification line before the last attack, but that hit is going to go through with the Berserk bonus. Takes a bit of practice.
