But I think so, yes. There was someone (Mr Happy? Or someone else? I really don't remember) who had posted a number of youtube videos, and then he posted one about having been suspended because of someone reporting him for parser use -- the "funny" thing was that the video apparently used as reason for it didn't even have any parser use in it, just in-game features. So yes, I'd say it's definitely a possibility to get suspended if someone reports based on video and/or stream evidence.
The video you're talking about has nothing to do with parsers. It's about the radar thing that was made during the release of hunts, and he was never banned, or even using the radar lol.

Also...By the way you name Lucrezias it seems like a very good known group of persons... And well known persons always have many haters, thus, being target for rage-reports... They are the example number one so... Now I wonder... Did any of them earned a ban this way?

They're basically the top raid progression group in the game at the moment, world firsts on every Turn of Savage Second Coil and world firsts of T10/T11/T13. If they got banned for having the parser in the video they would most likely have said something about it.

Top! then they indeed have haters who would report them... But I couldn't find in the videos the parser, perhaps only a few have it? Or I'm blind? ^^

The most recent one has the parser actually working (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NoXzvDWY4F8), the earlier Final Coil videos has it open but not working, the black cube above the party list, as it had been broken by the patch and awaiting an update.

Using this logic it's "evil" to report someone botting or harassing you - both of which are also against the ToS, yet people continue to do so. So yeah, if someone looks them up or knows them they can report it and the evidence would actually be on youtube (and yes GMs do check this if you supply the link because it's showing actual evidence), but it doesn't take a "hater", it simply takes someone who decides to report someone breaking ToS. So no one is "safe" breaking the ToS if you choose to show it off.

If the world were fair and the support staff efficient, yes because using a parser is against the ToS, but i'm sure they will not look for any proof outside of the own game, not even screenshots, they simply don't care, and don't forget they are human too, that's why only the half or less of our feedback gets to the dev-team, none will be able to report your friend without an in-game proof, And if they do the punishment won't be too hard, may be a week, or just a warning.

They haven't even banned a bot my friend and I reported several months ago, the bot's still happily gathering away. SE is very, very lazy on in-game bans, I don't believe they'd take ANY video as proof, no matter how blatantly obvious it may be. Even if you delivered them in-game proof, which is obviously hard to do as people won't go out of their way to confess "HEY I'M BOTTING HAHAHA", I'm not sure they'd actually do anything about it.

Yes can get banned as it is against the ToS, even Yoshi said if you use parsers keep it to yourselves and don't tell anyone because it is against the ToS (this includes don't show anyone that can use video evidence against you). Will it get you banned I do not know but according to the ToS, it will. Simple solution do not put recordings of you using it on youtube, do not take the risk because it is actually against the ToS and technically you can get banned for it. You cannot blame SE for doing their job and banning you if caught, you cannot blame the player who reported you since it is against the ToS, you can only blame yourself for the lack of common sense in the fact you know it is against the ToS so just turn it off when making youtube videos.

They do - They're not going to explore fan forums, for example, they will look at screenshots/video links.

Ever played XI? They're far from lazy with bans, especially during the peak of XI when they had no problem banning entire linkshells for cheating. Yoshida doesn't want to ban because he doesn't want the negative press if people decide to go to the media, like they did with the Salvage Bans.

No, I haven't played XI. Let's say "SE is very, very lazy on in-game bans in FFXIV", then.
