You know, there is people that eat all the new content the same day it is released.

LB require the caster alive until the effect triggers. It is not the first time I witnessed heal lb3 and duty restart at same time. If caster dies before, there are 0 survivors and duty resets. I'd suggest healer prepare himself for incoming wipe (swift-stoneskin) and then cast lb3.

it is a glitch, the LB went off or they wouldn't have been able to move.

our last remaining healer popped LB3(He was the sole survivor), the LB went off, but he died and we all got up... Then the fight abruptly ended. We respawned like this.

if you all had stayed and tried to attack Shiva again it would have set you right a few seconds after you started fighting.

I think most people don't bother to complain about it because it rarely happens.
