    Any self-respecting company running servers of this magnitude will have 24/7 NOC teams monitoring the data-centers. This issue is with the Montreal Data Center and there is more than likely a team dealing with it.

    Yeah, that's what you'd expect an actual network admin to make. Most unimportant average work is going to be done by support grunts with scripts, though, not wholly-trained network pros. Cutting costs!
