I wouldn't hope that just cause someone downed T5 makes them able to handle SCoB. I run random DF carries every week where 7 of us go into T5 and Titan EX to get free 100 myth (now Soldery).

But you need at least some sort of..brain to beat Twin. People would at least know the next set of bosses have more mechanics than just beating on it until it dies.
I hope. I guess DF might be alittle too hard. Just wish there was an easier way to practice is all.
