PS4 damage meters

Still waiting on them. You can't even go onto the ffxiv reddit without seeing people talking about them. It's a pretty big part of the game and rather insulting we still don't have any type of tool even outside of raids.

I'm pretty much done raiding until you add them. I'm not going to pay 18 dollars to move to a non ps4 server to play with pc players when you aren't going to treat ps4 customers with the same respect as pc players.

You've created an environment that is conducive to failure for ps4 players and there's really no point in wasting time raiding in your game when we don't have the same tools. And really if i'm not going to raid then collecting token gear is pretty pointless as well.

I suppose i'll do some pvp for a while and random crafting, but i can 100% guarantee that i will be done with this game if you do not address the lack of raid tools by the next expansion.

I've given you the benefit of the doubt here for months waiting for some type of meters.

First off you already are on a server that has both PC and PS4 players. There is no exclusive one system server only. As for respect PC players don't have a DPS meter as well so they are treating all sides the same. ONCE they implement a DPS meter(if they do) it will be for all platforms. The only difference is that PC players use third party tools to get the DPS meters/parsers and if they are reported they can get banned(it is against ToS to use such).

They aren't going to ban anyone because ALL the people doing high end content use them.

They think ps4 players are going to put up with not having the same tools and run this watered down nonsense to waste our time until they nerf the stuff that's actually fun, challenging and rewarding again. And that's simply not going to cut it. I'm asking for access to the same tools in a game that is supposed to be cross platform.

8 man premade groups should have access to meters.

They are against ToS. If someone reported them due to abuse they would get banned. They are not tools that are part of FFXIV. They are third party tools. Go read the ToS. Also:

It's the policy of out of sight out of mind basically. The moment someone starts with your DPS is so and so you can report them and they will get a ban.

Also I'm not defending them. I want to have a DPS meter but Yoshi said that due to harassment issues they probably won't do it that way but as challanges that you need to beat in a certain time and that should give you an idea of your DPS.

Nobody likes to have their time wasted. I've lost 2 solid ps4 raiders in the last week who came to the conclusion that your endgame was a waste of time. You can't improve on endgame content when you can't see who is doing what on the boss. I'm done carrying people in this game meters or no meters.
