Ok first, grats on the kill. Second, I don't want to be an ass but holy shit you need to learn some sort of rotation. You're reapplying dots when they still have 15 seconds left and not even using straight shot when it procs. Just doing a myriad of things wrong.

thanks for that link also i have some crossclass skills i dont have every damn class at 50 either my bard is my only 50 class

The two ones you'll need are Invigorate (22 Lancer) and Blood for Blood (34 Lancer). B4B will enhance your DPS, Invigorate will stop you from running low on TP and needing to sing Paeon. So, basically, level your Lancer ASAP and you'll improve your Bard a lot. Grats on the kill btw!
