There's a difference between "noob" and "newb".

Recruiting for an FC is gonna be one of the hardest things you do in a game, because some players just use the help they get in order to leave and join an endgame FC. Their attitude and language can give them away, but you may still be exploited by polite players. See if they are also willing to help others.
