very very unlikely that the relic will get another update this soon. dont except next relic step before 2.45. final step before xpac will be around 4 weeks before xpac making relic i135. next update will make it i125 for sure first. nexus is not even 2 months out yet. so dont expect new step before christmas.
1st step of echo for SCOB VERY LIKELY i say. if they plan to nerf it needs to happen before the year ends otherwise its pointless to nerf it right before cap raise anyway.

Well they said at the Vegas fan fest that they would be adding the echo to the SCoB "a few weeks" after 2.4 launched. Well it's been a few weeks so I imagine that is one of the things they are adding.
The developer blog is a good indication, as other have mentioned. They wont update it so soon? Well, last time our Relics got a visual upgrade (that wasn't a thrice-damned glow) they didn't gain any stats boost, so there is every possibility they'll do the same here. Even if they don't, and we get i120 stats on our Relics, so what? The basic Ironworks weapons will be weaker, sure, but just because they implement that stage doesn't mean people will obtain the weapons on the 19th. For all we know it could be another Sphere Scroll, this time needing 150 Alexandrite.

Speaking of Fanfests, they're also due to add Urth's Gift (Hard and Extreme) once Fanfest concludes, so this patch may contain the files for that so they can just flip a switch to make it available later.

This. Just because the quest might open up next week, doesn't mean that ppl will be able to make the upgrade any time soon. It's possible there'll be some huge time-based lockout, such as using Poetics, killing a large number of A-Ranks or even defeating every FATE in the game once during a specific weather/time of day...The developer blog is a good indication, as other have mentioned. What I'm saying is, it wouldn't be strange if this stage took two months/60 days of daily goals to complete - at which point it would coincide pretty well with ppl having full sets of Poetics.
Anyhow, speculation is all, that's just my reason for it!

Hope they fix that ever looming problem of instant-use skills being rolled back mid-animation that's been a problem since 2.35. A quite immediately noticed issue on NIN, but it affects my SCH heavily with lustrate reliability as well.

I'm gonna guess 10% echo to Second Coil and possibly more housing wards.

If they actually fix that horseshit then 2.41 will probably be my favorite update. Certainly not going to hold my breath though...
On Housing, it'd be great if they make it so Lavender Beds Subdivision isn't flipped 90 degrees... That's just... Annoying...
