Best tactic is to use LB on him if his HP is at 25-28% (where the last add wave spawn). After LB 3 more hits and he run away.To be honest, if there's a single fight worth mentioning it's the Captain in Sastasha HM. His gun gets progressively stronger during the fight, and can later on take down 5k HP in only a few shots. There's very little margin for error during this period, and it only takes a healer caught mid-cast when it starts to be shot down dead before they can even cure themselves.

None of these are wonky. For 100,000 needles - the first time damage the boss. Second time kill the big add with green tether. If you are moving during snow drift you don't get frozen. And just... don't stand on the edge during Qarn's boss? Why would you? There are a few wonky things in some of the boss fights. The Sabotender's 100,000 needles are supposed to be broken by damage, but I've been in some groups where all the damage they could muster couldn't stop it but killing all the adds did, and other groups where we got killed after killing adds anyway. Wandil's Snow Drift doesn't always give freezy stacks to everyone and no one knows why. Mummy stacks from standing where the sarcophagi spawn stack way too quickly (I went from 0 to 4 in about two seconds the one time I stood on the edge),
When you know the mechanics the bosses are easy.
New EX-Dungeons to hard? XD In what?
I bet those people saying "its to hard" mainly lv up in dumb FATEs and never did a dungeon below lv50 for there XP. :P
And 1st time ever, I hear Ninja is "To Strong"
I did around 50 Sycrus Tower for Time Sands since patch2,4. And no of these 24 people x 50 complained "Ninja is overpowered" Lol
I bet those guys are just haters that didnt even play as Ninja or Rogue.
I like to play as Ninja (also as Bard, DPS-Mages or Dragoon) and I never ever feelt like Ninja is "to strong" o_O

Ninja in PvE is fine.
Ninja in PvP is broken beyond all belief. Ridiculous dmg burst, great escape abilities, broken movement speed, cloaks, etc. it needs ahem "adjustments"
