I was referring to that in context of the ixali dailies, which the OP mentioned and I was building upon that.

You wrote that it is random if you fish peiste map or boarskin map, while it isn't random.
If you fish at North Shards you only get a Peisteskin map and no other map
If you fish at The Tangle you only get a Boarskin map and no other map
