Stuck in main quest, can't continue.

You can't abandon a main quest, probably something they should implement, for situations like this. This seems to happen quite often. Not that this offers much help. I thought that support could reload your character from a previous point.

Would support view this thread? If they don't, how do I contact them because I've tried sending an email to them but they sent me a rather generic email. It has been 2 days >< I'm already reaching level 48 for a level 46 quest. :\

I think you will have to make a thread in the bug section of the forums.
You will have to go to bug reports / in game bugs and there is a template that you have to fill out with information they need from you.

When you go into that section there is a tread called welcome to the "in game bugs" forum. that thread will have the templates you need as well as how to fill it out correctly.

I think the technical support forum is only for website issues.
